We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Energy Services Coordinator to join our purpose-driven team and play a key role in delivering real, measurable change.
As an integral member of the Energy team, you'll help develop a sector-leading heat supply service for customers across our heat network portfolio, while also driving forward renewable energy and energy-efficiency initiatives that directly support Platform's sustainability goals.
You'll play a vital role in delivering, efficient, reliable, and customer-focused delivery and operation of heat supply services, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, stakeholder expectations, and customer values.

Some things we are looking for:
Experience and knowledge of low carbon and renewable energy technologies such as communal heat networks, heat pumps, solar PV, and energy storage.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, contractors and customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
Commitment to service improvement and positive outcomes for customers.
Proven experience of project working, ideally with an energy focus.
passion for sustainable energy solutions and willingness to develop expertise in heat networks.
While this role is home-based, you should hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle, or an alternative means of travel, to attend inspections, Group offices, and other locations across Platform's housing stock as required.
Please note that the formal job title for this role is currently Energy and Heat Networks Specialist.
