We are seeking a proactive and driven Enforcement Executive to join our Property Letting & Revenue Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a legal background who is looking to build a long-term career in law, with ambitions to qualify as a solicitor within 2-3 years.



In this role, you will play a key part in supporting clients with property-related matters, particularly those involving enforcement and revenue recovery.

The Role:

As an Enforcement Executive, you'll be:


Managing enforcement processes for property-related matters, including debt recovery and tenancy breaches. Communicating effectively with clients, landlords, and other stakeholders to resolve disputes and provide guidance. Drafting correspondence and legal documentation to support enforcement actions. Handling incoming queries via phone and email, delivering clear and accurate advice. Managing your caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met. Working collaboratively within the Property Letting & Revenue Team to provide exceptional client service.

About You:

To thrive in this role, you should be:


Educated to degree level in law (or equivalent qualification) with a strong interest in property law and enforcement. A confident and clear communicator, both on the phone and in writing. Ambitious, with a desire to progress within the legal profession -- this role is ideal for someone seeking to qualify as a solicitor within 2-3 years. Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
