This is a part-time position, working 22.5 hours per week.

up to 18,501.60 (FTE 30,836) - depending on skills and experience.

The Role




In this brand-new role, you'll work with the Engagement and Internal Comms Manager to plan and deliver internal communications and engagement activity that's designed to inform and engage colleagues in line with our strategy.


Day-to-day, this will look like:

Being an organisational wizard! Typically, this will be through general admin, planning all colleague meetings, and collating insight and feedback from colleagues and stakeholders Producing our weekly internal newsletter, including finding, writing, and curating content Supporting our work with external stakeholders to produce our in-house magazine and deliver our annual engagement survey Building relationships with colleagues across the business to help create an environment where colleagues feel heard and informed

About You




You don't need to have experience in a communications or engagement role, we'll support your development. If you can do the above with a little creative flair, we'd love to hear from you.


This is a hybrid position involving weekly travel to Cumberland House, our head office in Carlisle, and occasional travel to our branches. We anticipate the need for you to be in the office 1-2 days per week, this may be more in the first 3 months as we help you learn the ropes.
