As?Engagement Officer, you will support DHCW to work with openness and transparency, so that digital health and care services in Wales are co-produced and genuinely make a difference. You'll be supporting and maintaining appropriate platforms , processes, and resources to share intelligence and learning across the organisation, increasing awareness, credibility, and influence with a range of stakeholders.
Working as part of the Engagement Team you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a strong portfolio of engagement services and activities in line with DHCW's engagement strategy and organisational aims and objectives .
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Support colleagues to engage with relevant stakeholders,?forums?and networks to ensure DHCW is able to lead, educate and influence appropriately.
Plan and coordinate activities to support effective management of DHCW partnerships and engagement with key groups and forums.
Develop strong and meaningful relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Support the delivery of the DHCW Engagement strategy and plan.
Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is an expert national body and part of NHS Wales. We work in partnership with NHS Wales colleagues and other key stakeholders to provide national digital and data services which support the delivery of health and social care in Wales. Modern health and care services depend on good digital tools, data and information. DHCW runs or works with more than 100 services and delivers major national digital transformation programmes to support this. In addition, DHCW provides expert advice in relation to cyber security and information governance. We give frontline staff the digital tools which help them provide safer and more efficient care. Act as point of contact for the Engagement Team for colleagues, providing advice and support in stakeholder engagement.
Co-ordinate the delivery of engagement activities and events (meetings, workshops, surveys, seminars).
Manage action tracker from engagement meetings.
Lead on ensuring stakeholder lists and intelligence are updated?and?contributing?to the development and management of a stakeholder engagement platform.
Manage the?Engagement SharePoint site.
Identify , analyse and interpret complex information to create reports, briefings and meeting notes.
Contribute to budgetary reporting and management for engagement events?and support delivery of regular reporting to DHCW board.
