About the Role:


We are looking for an organised and proactive

Engineer Route Scheduler

Administrative Staff

to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will coordinate and schedule service, installation, and call-out visits across our engineering teams, while also providing administrative support. You'll be central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

This position requires someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to manage complex schedules, handle documentation, liaise with clients, and support internal teams with a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Engineer Route Scheduling & Management



Plan and manage engineers' daily routes for maximum efficiency and revenue Communicate scheduling updates and changes to engineers promptly Raise, manage, and adjust job bookings accurately and efficiently Handle any ad hoc tasks related to scheduling and routing

Administrative Tasks



Raise and follow up on quotes Create and distribute job sheets with all necessary details

Customer / Helpdesk Support



Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and service providers Respond to emails and phone enquiries in a timely and helpful manner Take accurate messages and ensure effective follow-up

General Administrative Assistance



Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases Ensure timely and well-organised administrative support across the office

Supply Management



Monitor and manage the engineer material stock Ensure availability and replenishment of necessary materials

What We're Looking For:



Experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative role Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience with invoicing and accounting software is highly valued Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software Confident, professional, and customer-focused approach
