Description Exciting opportunity for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant - to set up new division.
Location: Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid - 3 office / 2 WFH)
Salary: 30,000 - 45,000 + 10% Flat Commission (No Threshold)
Start Date: ASAP

Our client is seeking a permanent recruitment specialist to drive growth in the booming Kent manufacturing and engineering market. What You'll Be Doing

• Building and developing a 360 permanent engineering recruitment desk
• Placing skilled technical professionals across the Kent region and beyond
• Developing new business in the manufacturing/engineering sectors
• Leveraging your network and market knowledge to create opportunities
• Working closely with a collaborative, experienced team - with future access to resourcing support

• 10% commission from your first 1 - no threshold

???? What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in engineering or technical recruitment essential
• Backgrounds in temp, perm, or dual desk considered
• A book of business or transferable clients is a strong advantage
• Stable employment history - we value consistency and professionalism
• Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Based within commuting distance of Maidstone (or willing to travel)
