We are seeking an experiencedEngineering Coordinator to ensure the reliability of our installations by managing the maintenance team and collaborating with operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and coordinate maintenance tasks across shifts, covering both preventive and ad-hoc work. Oversee receipt, inspection, storage, and distribution of technical warehouse goods, ensuring timely and accurate availability for internal and external customers. Manage procurement, inventory, and related administration, maintaining accurate records in the maintenance program and ERP system (Ultimo), and providing updates to stakeholders. Identify and implement improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance effectiveness while maintaining equipment reliability. Coach, manage, and develop maintenance staff, optimising team deployment, motivation, and performance. Support workplace organisation and continuous improvement projects, including 5S and Kaizen, to maximise safety, productivity, and quality.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in relevant technical maintenance roles with a higher vocational (HBO) technical qualification. Strong knowledge of ERP systems, technical maintenance planning, maintenance concepts and techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other technical planning tools. Experience managing teams and a solid understanding of purchasing processes and warehouse operations.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 09:30 - 18:00, with on-call responsibilities on a rotational basis every other week.
