Engineering Installation Co-ordinator
to join our busy office.
About the Role
As the Engineering Installation Co-ordinator, you will be the central point between customers, engineers, and the operations/management team. You'll be responsible for ensuring installation jobs are scheduled efficiently, customers are kept updated, and engineers have everything they need to complete work professionally and on time. This is a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule installation, service and maintenance jobs for SES engineers
Liaise with customers to confirm dates, access requirements and job details
Coordinate with engineers to allocate jobs, manage diaries and ensure efficient routing
Prepare job packs, RAMS, permits and documentation as required
Order equipment and materials for upcoming installations
Monitor progress of jobs and update customers throughout
Handle inbound customer queries related to bookings, progress or system issues
Update CRM systems, job sheets and internal records accurately
Work closely with the management team on workload planning and operational improvements
Assist with invoicing, completion certificates and compliance admin when required
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination or operations-role (security industry experience beneficial but not essential)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to last-minute changes
Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling tools and general office software
A team-player with a positive, proactive approach
