Job Overview:

We are looking for two experienced

Engineering Leads

to oversee the design, operation, and governance of cloud platform services across Azure, AWS, and GCP. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on engineering mindset, capable of driving cloud maturity and best practices within a dynamic technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the technical team responsible for managing and maintaining multi-cloud platform services. Develop and enforce engineering standards, operational processes, and best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on architecture, operations, and security. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability. Support and guide the DevOps strategy and tooling for CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code. Provide technical insights and contribute to the organization's

Cloud Maturity Programme

. Drive continuous improvement in cloud operations and service delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

8-10 years of experience in cloud engineering and architecture. Strong hands-on experience with

. Proven experience in leading engineering teams and managing cloud infrastructure at scale. Strong understanding of

DevOps

practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues under pressure. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in one or more major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). Experience working in a regulated or enterprise environment.
