Job Description

A leading financial services organisation requires an NAC Engineering Lead to deliver multiple, highly complex NAC solutions that form part of a global technology transformation. The incoming lead must be able to demonstrate SME level knowledge of NAC, specifically in relation to ForeScout and Cisco ISE. This is initially a six-month engagement, but with significant scope for a multi-year extension.
Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Network/Network Security Engineers across multiple enterprise-scale NAC projects
• Promote and drive a culture of performance, collaboration, quality and innovation
• Technical Delivery

• Act as an individual contributor whilst overseeing the design, development, and deployment of NAC solutions
• Ensure best practices in (NAC) engineering standards, security and deployment
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction to the engineering team (and adjacent technology teams)
• Project & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with technology and business stakeholders to align NAC solutions with strategic goals
• Manage project timelines, work packages, resource allocation, and delivery commitments
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that strike a balance between security, quality and scability
• Operational Excellence

• Implement metrics and KPIs to monitor delivery and performance
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, tooling, and automation
• Stay abreast of emerging NAC technologies and assess their potential impact

Required skils:

• Extensive hands-on network engineering/network security experience achieved in large-scale enterprises
• Deep, SME level knowledge of the NAC space, including demonstrable experience of ForeScout and ideally Cisco ISE
• Knowledge of security, compliance, or regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare)
• Team leadership, engineering leadership experiences (essential)
