Muller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britain's private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk, cream, butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.


Muller Yogurt & Desserts which is the UK's leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Muller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Muller Corner, Mullerlight, Muller Bliss, Muller Rice, FRijj and Muller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

Engineering Manager

40 per week, Monday-Friday





Join Muller as an Engineering Manager and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class engineering and technical services. You'll drive reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations, ensuring our site runs safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the Engineering team, driving performance through regular 1-2-1s and PDPs Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards Own and deliver the Engineering Excellence roadmap Manage planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance via CMMS Oversee contractors, suppliers, and team workload to meet business needs Support audits and maintain BRC and ISO accreditation Drive blow mould efficiency, CI projects, and capex planning Manage site engineering budget and project spend Champion continuous improvement across all levels Proactively manage absence, performance, and disciplinary matters

What You'll Bring:

Time-served engineering background (apprenticeship or equivalent) Proven leadership experience in an FMCG environment HNC in Engineering and NVQ Management / FFL training IOSH Managing Safely and WCM training Strong knowledge of CMMS and Lean/CI methodologies
