We're Hiring: Engineering Manager (Permanent)

Salary: Circa 85,000 + Excellent Benefits

Why This Role Matters

As Engineering Manager, you'll be a key member of the Terminal Leadership Team, delivering our engineering strategy and driving operational excellence, safety, and innovation. You'll lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects, optimise asset performance, and ensure compliance in a highly regulated environment.

You will be

Leading and developing a high-performing engineering team Managing complex projects from concept to completion Driving continuous improvement and reliability across terminal operations Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic goals

We're Looking for

A degree-qualified engineer, ideally with Chartered status Demonstrable experience of managing a portfolio of engineering projects Proven leadership in regulated industries (e.g. oil & gas, chemicals, energy), preferably with COMAH regulated industry experience. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
