Dynamix Group are seeking a strategic and technically adept

Project Engineering Lead

to spearhead our fabrication and engineering business. You will oversee cross-functional teams, align technical execution with business goals, and ensure delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering projects RFT. Define and communicate project scope, goals, and deliverables Coordinate resources and lead multidisciplinary teams such as design, manufacturing & quality Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement mitigation plans Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and reporting mechanisms Serve as the primary liaison between the business, clients, and internal leadership Drive continuous improvement in processes and RFT delivery methods Mentor current team and contribute to a high-performance culture

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or related field; Master's degree preferred Proven experience (5+ years) leading engineering & fabrication businesses or teams Strong understanding of project management methodologies Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.) and CAD software Ability to balance technical depth with strategic insight and business acumen PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable

Pay: 45,000.00-55,000.00 per year
