What you'll be doing
You'll join us as an integral part of Brit's highly regarded, flexible and forward-thinking technology team in a key role participating in the management, innovation and delivery of solutions that support Brit's digital objectives. A very real opportunity to make the role your own and drive forward your ideas, working with (Python) software engineers, product owners, scrum masters and a very driven Agile team. You'll be able to identify and improve tools, systems and platforms that enhance Brit's ability to create solutions and services for our customers.
You'll focus on delivery management along with technical accountability, as well as being the voice of 3 squads within the engineering team. You'll be concurrently heading up multiple squads through mentoring, coaching and performance management, as well as managing their work streams.
