The role
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to join our Project Management team. You will take full end-to-end ownership of projects, from order handover through planning, execution, and final delivery.
This is an
office-based role
, working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and quality teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification.
You will be trusted to manage risk, challenge assumptions when needed, and keep both internal teams and customers informed through clear, accurate communication.
Key responsibilities
Own projects from contract award through to completion
Work with Sales to confirm scope, programme, cost, and delivery requirements
Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets
Lead project meetings and provide structured updates to stakeholders
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
Coordinate production and site activities to achieve accurate delivery
Prepare and present reports on progress, risks, performance, and outcomes
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
What we're looking for
A confident, credible communicator who can manage expectations at all levels
Highly organised, able to run multiple projects
Commercially aware, with a practical, solutions-focused mindset
Accountable, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership
Someone who improves processes rather than simply tolerating them
Experience and skills
Proven experience managing projects end to end within
engineering, construction, or another regulated industry
Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality requirements
Competent with Microsoft Office and project reporting tools
Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
Project management qualifications
such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent are beneficial but not essential
