Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, Permanent

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and experienced

Reliability Manager

to lead our maintenance and reliability strategy across the site. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that all plant and equipment operate at peak efficiency, minimising downtime, and driving continuous improvement in asset performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the site's reliability and maintenance functions, ensuring equipment uptime, safety, and compliance. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to improve equipment reliability and lifespan. Manage maintenance budgets, contracts, and spare parts inventory effectively. Identify and deliver cost-saving and performance-improvement initiatives. Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations. Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to ensure a high-performance culture. Collaborate with production, engineering, and health & safety teams to support operational goals. Use data analysis and reliability tools to identify root causes and prevent recurring issues.

About You

Proven experience in maintenance or reliability management within a manufacturing or engineering environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems and reliability engineering principles. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and deliver projects within cost and time constraints. Strong communication and team development skills. Relevant engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
