Engineering Shift Supervisors

to lead our Engineering Teams.



With a third production line launching in early 2026, we're expanding our capabilities and driving operational excellence. As an Engineering Shift Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of this journey - leading your team, championing safety, and delivering outstanding results.

Start Date:

5th January 2026

Shifts:

78h 2-week rota

(day and night shifts) working every other weekend allowing for weekend maintenance.

About the Role

As Engineering Lead Operator, you will play a key role in leading a team of maintenance engineers, driving reliability improvements, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across our production equipment. This is a position that requires technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of 4 maintenance engineers Oversee and execute preventive maintenance tasks Maintain and update CMMS records accurately Promote and enforce safe working practices Coordinate with contractors for maintenance and repairs Communicate effectively across departments Attend weekly management meetings and support cross-functional goals Support training and development of team members Assist in reliability improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

Engineering background with experience in factory maintenance Familiarity with CNC machines, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, steam systems, and control systems Experience with woodworking machinery and FMCG environments is a plus Strong mechanical and basic electrical knowledge IOSH certification preferred (training available if needed) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively across departments
