Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45
Friday: 08:00 - 15:45
About the Role
As the
Engineering Stores Administrator
, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering stores. You'll be responsible for stock control, procurement, and reporting--making sure our Engineering and Operations teams have the materials they need, when they need them.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Engineering Stores inbox and CMMS stock system.
Maintain accurate inventory through regular stock takes and data entry.
Coordinate the booking in/out and reordering of materials.
Raise purchase requisitions via SAP and ensure timely procurement.
Prepare and submit monthly reports on stock usage and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised stores environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within stores operations.
What We're Looking For
Experience in a stores or inventory management role (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP system experience is a plus.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in material handling.
