Location: Campsfield Immigration Removal Centre

Contract Type: Full-Time



Standby Rota 1 week in 4: 175 when on call

40-hour week



We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of facilities management services, mechanical and electrical PPM tasks, and associated maintenance services across our site. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape service excellence, drive operational performance, and make a real difference every day.



What You'll Be Doing


Lead and inspire a small team of engineers, site staff and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively. Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment.

What We're Looking For



We're seeking a technically strong leader with:


Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. Solid knowledge of electrical and SFG20/CAFM systems. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confidence in handling escalations and management of both Permit to Work & Safe Systems of Work. Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours

Key Skills & Behaviours


Customer-focused with a "can-do" attitude and eye for detail. Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.

Essential Qualifications & Experience


City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3) Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environments, including H.V/L.V networks & stand-by generators Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferably Good IT skills with the ability to produce reports from multiple sources/systems.

You must be a British Citizen, EU citizen with settled status, or have an ILR (Indefinite Leave to Remain) from a Commonwealth country. You must have lived in the UK for the past three years with no significant footprint outside of the UK other than for normal holidays.
