We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of facilities management services, mechanical and electrical PPM tasks, and associated maintenance services across our site. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape service excellence, drive operational performance, and make a real difference every day.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and inspire a small team of engineers, site staff and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a technically strong leader with:
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Solid knowledge of electrical and SFG20/CAFM systems.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling escalations and management of both Permit to Work & Safe Systems of Work.
Participation in standby rota for emergency calls, outside normal working hours

Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically.

Essential Qualifications & Experience
City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environments, including H.V/L.V networks & stand-by generators
Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferably
Good IT skills with the ability to produce reports from multiple sources/systems.
