Mobile Supervisor - Workplace Management
Core Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm (Mobile coverage across London portfolio)

JLL Workplace Management is currently recruiting for an exciting Mobile Supervisor role covering our diverse portfolio of commercial properties across London. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities across multiple sites, including statutory compliance and reporting on issues identified through client consultants or insurers or CAFM platforms.
The Mobile Supervisor will work closely with and contribute ideas to the CDM and deputise in their absence across the portfolio.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all JLL and Client Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to across all assigned sites, escalating conflicts to the CDM where necessary
Support the Helpdesk Administrator in planning PPM labour including out-of-hours working, schedule reactive tasks and ensure effective completion of maintenance work across multiple locations through colleagues or sub-contractors
Travel between assigned sites to provide on-ground supervision and technical support
Ensure recommendations from servicing activities are captured and addressed across the portfolio
Support the helpdesk administrator in work distribution to team members based on capability, capacity and geographic location
Work to agreed quality systems, ensuring preventative and remedial actions are taken as outlined in the quality manual
Provide technical support and mentoring to site-based teams
Prepare quotations for additional works across multiple sites where required
Supervise additional works ensuring full compliance with site-specific requirements
Conduct regular site audits across assigned locations, ensuring exceptions are resolved promptly
Ensure best purchasing practices using JLL's nominated suppliers
Comply with JLL's Health, Safety and Environmental procedures as detailed in site-specific plans
Provide PPM work coverage across sites during annual leave or sickness periods
Deputise for TSM in KPI meetings and client interactions
Attend monthly WIP meetings to understand financial aspects of contracts as part of career development
Complete any other associated tasks or reasonable requests from the TSM
Personal Aptitude, Experience & Qualifications
Essential:
Smart appearance and professional presentation
Logical thinking approach to fault-finding situations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to encourage team contribution while maintaining control
Capable of working unsupervised across multiple locations
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Adaptable and flexible approach to varying site requirements
Customer-focused mindset
Proactive and willing to volunteer assistance
Engineering experience within building services
Flexibility to travel across London portfolio
Preferred:
NVQ / C&G or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
LVAP certification
Previous experience in mobile/multi-site supervision
Knowledge of commercial property maintenance
Experience with computerised maintenance management systems
