We're looking for a hands-on, curious, and technically skilled

Engineering Support Technician

to join our dynamic Engineering Team. If you thrive on solving problems, love understanding how things work, and enjoy collaborating across departments, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Provide

first-line engineering support

for production issues outside Business As Usual. Lead the

onboarding of new technology

, from refurbishment strategy to technical reviews. Write clear

Work Instructions

and train production teams on new processes. Collaborate with Purchasing to

approve new suppliers and components

. Implement new designs into operations and drive

process improvements

. Support technical queries, conduct tests, and help reduce costs through smart engineering solutions. Work closely with Sales, Production, Quality, and suppliers to deliver projects efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

Minimum 3 years as a Field Engineer (preferably with ATMs). Skilled in stripping, rebuilding, and testing electro-mechanical modules. Familiar with analysing production and field failure data.

Skills & Qualifications:

Apprenticeship or equivalent in an engineering discipline. Strong mechanical/electrical/electronic knowledge. Proficient in MS Office. Ability to coach and train others. Creative problem-solving mindset.
