What You\'ll Be Doing as a Lead Engineer;

• Lead and grow a team of engineers
• Support the creation of engineering and project plans
• Ensure successful project execution and delivery against schedules
• Track progress and report on project milestones
• Adhere to project and business processes and governance
• Foster strong and enduring customer relationships
• Drive innovation and improvement ideas
• Manage and balance risk with change initiatives

Your Skills and Experiences:

• Proven experience in engineering, delivering IT and information systems projects, ideally for the MoD
• Demonstrated success in working through an engineering lifecycle and governance
• Ability to facilitate the breakdown of tasks and estimation activities
• Experience in developing an effective organization structure and associated performance management
• Track record of executing plans, meeting customer milestones, and achieving shared success
• Understanding of security architectures, IT systems, and systems integration and accreditation processes

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Military IT Systems and Networks
• Background in safety and security
