The Role

We are seeking an Engineering Team Leader to oversee 2 teams of 2 engineers who are currently working on Panama Shift. This is a night's role, 10pm to 6am, Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving facility uptime and asset reliability across our 24/7 factory and workshop. The role requires flexibility and hands-on leadership to support and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Responsibilities

Ensure your teams are fully equipped with everything they need to succeed, including training, tools, equipment, and parts/supplies Balance PPM against breakdowns in line with OEE requirements Assist in the running of CAPEX projects Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis and condition monitoring across the site Use our CRM system to improve service levels and general management Personally assist your team with maintenance and repairs

You Will Have

Proven experience in an engineering leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong knowledge of maintenance tools, including PPM, RCA, and condition monitoring. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to motivate and develop a team, with strong communication and leadership skills. A flexible approach to work, with the willingness to adapt to changing production needs.
