We're looking for a capable and enthusiastic Engineering Technician with strong 2D and 3D modelling experience using AutoCAD and Revit. The ideal candidate will be passionate about producing clear, well-structured engineering drawings and have a good understanding of how things are built on-site.
You'll work closely with our Engineers to produce high-quality temporary works drawings, helping us deliver a strong pipeline of exciting projects with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce accurate 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in Revit for a variety of temporary works designs.
Work closely with Engineers to interpret and translate structural and civil designs into clear, buildable information.
Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with company templates and procedures.
Assist in developing and refining BIM and Digital workflows where relevant.
Support the development of design deliverables for clients, contractors, and construction teams.
Take pride in the quality of your work and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in drawing presentation and accuracy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in AutoCAD (2D) and Revit (3D) in a construction or engineering context.
Ideally some experience working with civil or structural engineers on temporary works or permanent works design.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
A good understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing clear, tidy drawings.
Willingness to learn, adapt and help shape how we present our work to clients.
