Job description
Join our dynamic Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Logistics (ACEL) department as an Engineering Technician, where you'll play a vital support role in delivering high-quality practical learning experiences. This is not a teaching post, but you'll work closely with academic staff--preparing equipment, assisting in workshops, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained technical environment. We're looking for someone with a solid engineering background, hands-on technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your experience will directly support student success and enhance the learning environment. Ideal for those who enjoy working behind the scenes in an educational setting.
We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw campus to join our Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Logistics Department as an Engineering Technician on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis.
