Engineering Technician
Job Description
In this role you will be part of a close-knit team helping provide an excellent service to our customers. From disassembling a wide variety of hydraulic rams, the opportunity to receive on-going training and learn on the job, go hand in hand.
Strip and reassemble hydraulic cylinders and troubleshoot technical problems providing solutions to resolve them.
Testing of new and repaired rams (training provided). Completion of certification for our customers.
The ability to face new challenges each day and to multi-task to suit customer requirements.
Work with the Branch Manager and Technical department to identify personal training needs and undertake appropriate training programmes within work schedules.
Manufacture hydraulic hoses when required (training provided)
COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
Solid engineering background in general mechanical engineering, mechanics or plant/agriculture or marine equipment service work is essential. Previous hydraulics knowledge is advantageous. Own basic tools required - spanners/sockets etc (Various job specific tools are supplied) Energetic team player

Mon - Thurs 8AM - 5PM
Friday 8AM - 2PM

Pay: 26,500.00-31,000.00 per year
