The Role:
As an English Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll:
Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in English lessons
Provide small group or 1:1 support to pupils who need a boost in literacy and comprehension
Assist teachers with planning, classroom activities, and general lesson delivery
Work closely with students from a range of backgrounds, including those with additional needs
Gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment with clear behaviour systems and high expectations
