Essential:
Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status / QTLS) Minimum 1 year teaching experience Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed) Two professional references
Term-Time Subject Tutor.
Responsibilities
Provide individualised tutoring sessions in English for all students, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote student understanding. Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to track progress and address any challenges. Utilise special education strategies as needed to support students with varying abilities.
