BGS Commercial Modifications Engineering is seeking a proactive and results-driven

Engineering Operations Specialist

in

Frimley, Surrey

to support our Commercial Engineering and leadership teams. We have a collaborative team culture that values initiative, clarity, and measurable results. In this role you will streamline day?to?day operations, develop polished presentations, and support high?impact business initiatives that enable engineering excellence across modification programs.

Position Responsibilities:



Track, analyze, and report operational metrics and KPIs to inform leadership decisions and continuous improvement efforts Own development and delivery of concise, data?driven presentations, decision packages, and reports for leadership forums Provide business operational support and engineering management integration to various levels of management. Communicate & coordinate business operations strategy with team located in multiple locations.

Basic Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree or higher in an engineering discipline

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree or higher 7+ years of experience in a Business Operations role, and/or related disciplines 3+ years of experience communicating and implementing business operations strategy with senior and/or executive leadership. Demonstrated experience supporting engineering or technical organizations in an operations, program support, or business?analysis capacity Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create executive?level presentations and synthesize complex information for diverse audiences Proven ability to lead cross?functional projects, influence without authority, and drive results in a fast?paced environment Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance metrics and translating data into actionable recommendations High degree of organization, initiative, and professionalism; comfortable managing competing priorities and ambiguous situations
