We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join us as an Enrichment and Participation Co-ordinator on a fixed term (until July 2026), full-time (35 hours per week) basis.

There is potential for this fixed-term position to become a permanent role, subject to demonstrable impact and performance.

Our Openshaw campus is a vibrant, modern hub of learning, equipped with outstanding, industry-standard facilities designed to inspire both staff and students. Located just outside Manchester city centre, the campus offers a wide range of vocational and academic courses, with specialist spaces for areas such as construction, engineering, health, and digital.

Who are TMC?

The Manchester College is the Largest Further Education College in the United Kingdom and has the largest provisions for 16-19yrs olds, adults, and higher education in Greater Manchester. Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to:


Level 2 qualification in English and Mathematics or equivalent. Qualified to at least level 3 in a related area. Evidence of coordinating activities and/or events for young people. Evidence of effective use of ICT systems and programs; including Microsoft Office. Evidence of working with and engaging 16+ students, including adults. Effective time-management. Prioritising workload. Ability to work to deadlines. Flexibility of approach. Working in a team. Attending meetings and contributing to the development of working practices. Evidence of continuous professional development. Promotion of a positive culture.
