Over All Purpose:
Drive growth within our Hubexo Glenigan products largest accounts across Real Estate, Consultancy, Finance, and Insurance sectors. Position Hubexo as a trusted advisor, growing all assigned accounts to exceed 100k+ annual revenue. Expand the number of enterprise clients, while securing renewals with upsell and consultancy add-ons. Own the client relationship end-to-end, develop strategic account plans, and consistently demonstrate ROI.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
Manage and grow Glenigan's largest enterprise accounts across key sectors.
Proactively identify, create, and close upsell and consultancy opportunities.
Develop and deliver strategic account plans and stakeholder maps.
Build senior-level relationships to influence at the highest level.
Monitor service usage/ROI against client objectives.
Secure annual contract renewals with increased value.
Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
Self-manage diary, meetings, and follow-ups with precision.
Key Performance Indicators:
Revenue growth of existing accounts
Number of accounts exceeding 100k
Number of new enterprise accounts
Client satisfaction and retention rates
ROI delivery against client goals
