Your Mission
Own a named account list across multiple service-intensive verticals, land high-value paid pilots (35 k-350 k), prove impact within 12 weeks, and scale those wins into million-pound annual-recurring contracts.
This Job
This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Account Executive - Agentic AI Voice & Chat Solutions, located in Greater London.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for managing software sales, generating leads, managing accounts, and practicing consultative selling techniques. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, assessing client needs, and providing solutions utilizing AI voice and chat technologies.
What You'll Do
Build and execute a territory plan that targets CX, Operations, and Digital-Transformation leaders in the sectors above.
Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events; convert cold outreach into board-level discovery calls.
Run full-cycle sales: discovery, value mapping, live demo, ROI modelling, SoW negotiation, close, and account expansion.
Co-sell with channel allies such as Prodapt and other system-integration partners.
Navigate procurement, InfoSec, and compliance reviews without losing deal velocity.
Feed competitive and product insights back to engineering and product teams.
What Success Looks Like
Five or more qualified executive meetings every week within your first 30 days.
At least one paid pilot--minimum 35 k--signed each month.
1-5 million in closed-won ARR during your first quarter.
Average sales cycle of 30 days or less from first call to signature.
What Makes You a Fit
Five-plus years closing 100 k+ SaaS, CPaaS, or CX technology deals with complex buying committees.
Proven wins in at least one of our focus industries (telecom, insurance, facilities/property, education services, recruitment) and the curiosity to learn the others fast.
Mastery of a consultative or value-selling framework (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPICED, etc.).
Gravitas to present to C-suite yet hands-on enough to write the perfect follow-up email.
Comfortable in early-stage environments: you design the playbook rather than wait for one.
Qualifications
Experience in Software Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Account Management and Sales
Proficiency in Consultative Selling techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Previous experience in AI or technology sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Base salary 36-60 k depending on experience, with uncapped commission (realistic OTE ? 2x base).
