ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Talon.One, you'll play a mission-critical role in driving new business across the Benelux & Nordics by selling the world's most flexible promotions & loyalty platform to top-tier brands. We're looking for strategic sellers with initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership. You'll own the full sales cycle, from outbounding to discovery through closing, and serve as the quarterback both externally and internally. If you enjoy selling into complex organizations, both technical and business audiences, C-suites, and brands that want to transform the way they incentivize their customers, then this role is the right opportunity for you.
This role also requires travel, estimated at 30% of the time.
This is a full-time role based in London.
ABOUT THE TEAM:
You will be joining our 4-person Enterprise Sales team in UKI & Nordics, which is an integral part of our 21-person international Sales unit. This is a dynamic and collaborative Sales organization, where we focus on building strong partnerships with prospects and customers. Our mission is to drive revenue by delivering measurable value to enterprise clients through highly personalized, technically robust solutions. As part of the UKI & Nordics Team, you'll report to the RVP Sales UKI & Nordicsand collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Marketing to build meaningful client relationships and close complex deals. We are a global team of self-starters who thrive on accountability and mutual success.
ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
Develop and manage relationships with key enterprise prospects across the Nordics and Benelux regions
Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to deal negotiation and signature
Present Talon.One's value proposition to C-level executives and senior stakeholders through tailored demos and strategic discussions
Forecast sales opportunities accurately and contribute to market expansion planning
Partner with Marketing and Partnerships teams to identify potential leads and regional growth opportunities
Represent Talon.One at industry events and conferences, acting as a brand ambassador in your market
Stay up to date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to shape your go-to-market strategy
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bring 5+ years of B2B SaaS or API-based sales experience, ideally in enterprise e-commerce or martech environments
Demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Possess strong technical acumen and the ability to explain complex solutions in a simple, business-oriented way
Excel at building relationships with senior decision-makers and influencing cross-functional teams
Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to getting things done
Communicate fluently in English and Swedish or Danish (written and verbal)
Be open to travel the region
