We're looking for an experienced
Enterprise
Account Manager
to drive expansion and deepen relationships with our enterprise clients. You'll be part of a collaborative POD model, working alongside Customer Success to deliver real value and long-term success for our clients throughout Europe.

What You'll Do
Own and grow sales relationships with assigned accounts
Lead the sales process on assigned opportunities from need analysis to closing
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals
Build compelling business cases aligned with customer priorities at the corporate level
Collaborate closely with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Services teams
Maintain accurate forecasts and activity in Salesforce
Create and deliver persuasive presentations and respond to client needs
What You Bring
5+ years in account management, customer success, or new business
SaaS experience is essential (B2B, Enterprise preferred)
Strong understanding of the manufacturing sector is a major plus
Excellent English; additional European language skills such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch are highly valued
Good change management skills, navigating stakeholders, and building long-term value
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel (typically 1 - 2 client visits per month)
