Job Description

Future Fit Group is an ambitious and expanding organisation. We're looking for an Enterprise Architect to design how our business, processes, information, and systems work together to support sustainable growth.

This is a new and pivotal role where you'll operate as the Group's sole architect, working directly with the C-suite and collaborating with leaders, managers, and technical teams across the organisation. You'll be responsible for designing the models and frameworks we need, and for overseeing their delivery to ensure they are embedded effectively. The purpose is to bring structure and clarity, enable strong integration of companies, and ensure the Group is efficient, scalable, and ready for the future.

The Role

Develop and own the Group's roadmap across business, process, information, and technology. Work with C-suite leaders and managers to turn strategy into practical designs and improvements. Map processes, information flows, and systems to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities. Guide how processes, systems, and future solutions connect to support growth. Define principles and standards that improve reporting, reduce duplication, and support all areas of the business. Balance enterprise wide needs with business-specific requirements, ensuring consistency without losing flexibility. Lead and oversee delivery of designs, coordinating internal teams and external partners to bring solutions into practice.

Experience Required

Experience in enterprise, business, or solution architecture within complex or multi-entity organisations. Proven track record of aligning strategy with process, information, and technology design. Confident working independently as the only architect while partnering with executives, management, and technical teams. Background in integration, governance, risk, and information management. Working with senior leaders and shaping decision-making at C-suite or board level. TOGAF, BCS, or similar professional qualifications desirable.
