About the role and the Team:





The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role within Hyperoptic's Technology & Innovation (T&I) organisation, driving the alignment of enterprise systems with the company's strategic vision and customer-centric transformation goals. This role takes an end-to-end perspective across business and technology domains, ensuring systems are fit for purpose, scalable, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.



A key contributor to the definition and evolution of Hyperoptic's enterprise architecture, the Enterprise Architect owns end to end domain architecture and ensures design decisions are robust, efficient, and aligned with industry standards such as TM Forum's eTOM and SID. The role demands deep collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions. This roleis for a Telco BSS / Customer Experience domain expert and requires a strong focus on omnichannel engagement, AI-driven personalisation, customer service and operational excellence.


What will you be doing?




Align enterprise systems with the strategic vision and customer experience transformation roadmap Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements that drive measurable customer and business outcomes Champion the adoption of TMF standards (e.g., eTOM, SID) to ensure consistency and interoperability across systems Lead architectural initiatives focused on omnichannel case management, CRM, and customer journey orchestration Design and implement AI and generative AI capabilities to support next best action/offer, predictive service, and intelligent automation Architect solutions that integrate billing, marketing, product catalogues, and service fulfilment to deliver seamless customerexperiences

What we are looking for?:




University degree in Computer Science or Engineering Proven experience in solution architecture, software development, business analysis and/or similar domains Previous experience in stakeholder and supplier management and mentorship Ability to engage the business and build strong relationships Proven experience in ISP/Telco industry - DESIRABLE Experience in implementing enterprise-level OSS/BSS solutions - DESIRABLE Experience in Cloud Computing - DESIRABLE
