The Enterprise Business Planning team ensures that the Sales teams have the necessary tools, information, and actionable insights to accelerate business growth. We focus on driving efficiency, streamlining sales operations, and implementing innovative ideas that accelerate time to close, implementation, and revenue. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, People, and Operations, as well as regional and global counterparts, to embed best practices and foster transformative change.




Description





Drive operational excellence and process innovation: Design, build, facilitate, and own the core sales processes, including weekly forecast & pipeline management, coverage & territory design, account segmentation, quota allocation, and business objectives. Lead the identification, design, and implementation of innovative sales processes to enhance operational efficiency. Improve Sales Team Effectiveness: Design and develop Sales metrics to enhance Sales Team performance. Ensure these metrics are adopted by countries for success measurement Lead strategic business planning activities to drive scale and enable future revenue growth Strategic Project Management: End to end management of strategic projects that align with Apple's business objectives, ensuring timely and effective execution Data-driven decision making: Use data and analytics to support recommendations and drive strategic initiatives, ensuring decisions are based on empirical evidence. Manipulate large data volumes and convert them into critical management information to improve sales team effectiveness. Cross functional collaboration: Ability to partner at all levels within the Organisation with a key strength being able to foster strong alignment and seamless collaboration to deliver integrated solutions that meet business objectives Communication: Articulate clear, concise, and impactful recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience working in sales planning and business/sales operations; or similar experience in finance or analytics functions, balanced between delivering on short-term revenue goals, while seeing around corners to enable future growth Experience operating and influencing within a multinational organisation Proficient in Excel and scenario modelling Experience and Exposure to salesforce.com with experience in system design, process automation and process improvement Experience in Keynote / Executive presentations Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
