Brief Description

We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Account Manager for a Permanent Position (full time) based in London Waterloo or Milton Keynes. To provide specialist input to support line managers and risk practitioners in enterprise Risk Management (ERM) including the: identification of risk; analyses and assessment of impact on the business; and identification of mitigation measures and internal controls necessary to manage risk appropriately.

Risk Management Guru: You\'ll guide our business units through the risk management process. You\'ll be the expert, providing advice and hands-on training to help them become better at managing risks.

Prioritising Risks: You\'ll give specialised advice to managers so they can prioritise risks using the enterprise risk process. This will help create a solid risk-based business plan and ensure a consistent evaluation of risks across the business.

Keeping Watch: You\'ll make sure everyone follows the risk management process, criteria, and procedures. You\'ll work with line managers to ensure they\'re compliant.

Improving Capabilities: Support business areas in improving their risk management skills and maturity. You\'ll provide feedback on how well they\'re complying and the quality of their risk management activities. Team up with risk coordinators and risk managers for this.

Data Alignment: Make sure that the risk data in each business unit matches the strategic risks. You\'ll work closely with the business units to connect the dots.

Educator Extraordinaire: Conduct risk workshops to educate and empower attendees in their roles. Make sure they understand the process, assessment criteria, and their responsibilities after the workshop. Manage the workshop process to keep everyone informed about what they need to do.

Continuous Improvement: Support the ongoing development and enhancement of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) processes.
