As we accelerate global expansion, we're seeking a proven sales hunter -- a Global Head of Sales who thrives on building pipelines, winning new logos, and scaling international revenue.

The Opportunity

You'll own our global sales performance -- building and leading a world-class sales function that converts opportunity into measurable growth. You'll be hands-on in closing enterprise-level deals while shaping a scalable sales process that supports our next phase of international growth.

This is an opportunity to create, not just manage -- to take a high-performing product with a stellar reputation and scale it globally.

What You'll Do

Drive new business acquisition across enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Build and manage a global sales pipeline, from lead generation to close.

Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Lead the full sales cycle -- demos, negotiations, and contract closure.

Collaborate with marketing on targeted lead-generation campaigns.

Provide insight-driven feedback to product and leadership teams.

Represent WinPure at key industry events, webinars, and partner forums.

Track market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.

What You Bring

5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a strong track record of exceeding targets.

Experience selling data management, analytics, or information software is advantageous.

Comfortable leading international sales across multiple time zones.

Strong understanding of building scalable, customer-centric sales processes.

Hunter mentality -- self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient.

CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm, Freelance

Pay: From 30.00 per hour
