Sales Director - DACH | Lead Software Sales in Tax Compliance

Your Role in Tax Software Sales

• Drive new business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, consistently achieving tax software sales targets
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for SaaS tax compliance solutions in the DACH region
• Build, coach, and lead a sales team focused on enterprise tax technology growth
• Collaborate with marketing, partners, and customer success to accelerate software adoption and revenue
• Forecast and report performance to executive leadership, influencing the company's tax software sales strategy

About You

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in tax compliance or enterprise software
• Proven track record building and leading sales teams across the DACH market
• Knowledge of tax compliance software, SAP integrations, or tax technology platforms
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
