As an Enterprise Solutions Architect, you will be at the forefront of our technology transformation journey. You will be responsible for creating and implementing our enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business objectives. Your role will involve designing scalable and secure technology solutions, setting technology standards, and best practices. You will develop long-term technology roadmaps and conduct design reviews, especially for cloud-based solutions like Azure, AWS, and GCP. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will bridge technical and business units to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Additionally, you will establish architecture governance processes and ensure compliance with policies and controls. You will oversee the architecture portfolio, plan project milestones, assign resources, and monitor the progress of architecture initiatives. Assessing emerging tech trends for potential adoption will be a key part of your role, as well as promoting an inclusive, diverse, and values-led culture across the organization.

Desirable skills:

1. Significant IT experience, including leadership in architecture roles across various organizational settings.

2. Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools.

3. Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and integration technologies.

4. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Strategic thinker and collaborative team player promoting a dynamic culture.
