We are looking for an enthusiastic and operational Intern to support our entertainment content ambitions, assisting with end-to-end operations and contributing to the overall success of the Entertainment Content & Partnerships team.


Your primary responsibilities will be to support the Project Managers and Franchise Managers on the team with key operational tasks that help support both internal and external entertainment content franchises and titles. All of which plays a pivotal role in engaging with LEGO fans and their families, as well as bringing them into the LEGO ecosystem and helping them to discover their love for building, creativity, and play.

Eligibility

We are open to full-time (37.5h/week) 12-month internship placements. This role would require the ability to work from our London office 3 days per week. Must have the right to work in the UK already in place. Available to start working in June/July 2026. Flexible on limited occasions to take calls outside the usual 9-5 hours due to the global scope of the EP&C team, with adaptable work patterns on those days. Core Responsibilities

Support the Global Programming & Synergies (GPS) team on operational tasks related to file management and communication. Ensure key communication platforms for the team are maintained and regularly updated. Supporting both FMs/PMs with the delivery of documents required for key milestones throughout the year. Support the team to help enable the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth delivery of executions across all GPS projects and workstreams. Work in close partnership with key Content, Marketing and Product teams across the business, to support delivery. Support day-to-day GPS team in Team meetings and activities. Support the GPS team to showcase key activities across the business. General support for the Head of GPS in Team meetings and other work-related activities.

Do you have what it takes?

You must be a student currently enrolled in an education institution. Students studying in related disciplines (Media/Marketing) preferred. Positive and effective team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Structured, analytical, and proactive, with excellent organisational skills. Team player in a distributed/dispersed structure, initiative-taking and self-motivated to work with little supervision. Enthusiasm about learning and developing yourself. Good knowledge in MS office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced level of verbal and written English.
