Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant (Entry-Level) - Payroll Support
Location: Between Leeds and Bradford (LS27 Area)
Duration: ASAP - End of October
Type: Temporary, Full-Time
Pay Rate: 13.00ph, Monday - Friday, 37.5hpw, 08:30-17:00.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our busy office with general admin and basic payroll tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in administration and HR/payroll support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office team
Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate employee records
Support payroll processing by collecting and checking timesheets
Handle email correspondence and respond to basic queries
File and organise documents (digital and paper-based)
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Basic understanding of payroll or keen to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous office/admin experience is an advantage but not essential
