We're looking for an Entry Level Administrator to join our Employee Benefits team, supporting our consultants and client relationship managers in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
About the role
Reporting to an Employee Benefits Team Leader, you will assist in managing and administrating a portfolio of employee benefits clients, ensuring all work is completed within agreed procedures and regulatory requirements. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take their first step in a career in employee benefits with a well-established company.
What you'll be doing
supporting consultants and client relationship managers in the management of client portfolios
putting clients at the heart of everything you do to deliver excellent outcomes
assisting in the proactive administration of client affairs
listening attentively to clients to identify issues or needs
maintaining strong working relationships with client employers
ensuring all client records are accurate and up to date in line with company procedures
working within the rules and regulations of the pensions regulator
planning, organising, and prioritising your workload to meet agreed service standards
attending training sessions and developing your knowledge and skills
What we're looking for (essential)
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
high level of proficiency in MS Office applications and Outlook
strong attention to detail and accuracy
ability to proofread, correct grammar, and format correspondence
ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
