A well established provider of residential and contract furniture and furnishings based in East Kilbride.
We are looking to expand our team and have vacancies for a Trainee Administration apprentice. This role would suit a recent school or college leaver interested in learning about business and administration.
Duties include -
Work directly with other members of the customer service team to fulfil any tasks requested.
Contacting customers via phone or email to arrange deliveries.
Managing diaries
Raising orders
Ensure company policies and procedures are compiled to including to health and safety standards.
Meeting deadlines
Provide excellent customer service
Carrying out activities within the office as required by the needs of the business
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard with regard to accuracy, timescales and relevance to the support required by the business
What will I learn?
You will learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, customer service skills and how to use our bespoke IT systems. You will also learn about our products and services and how to work efficiently and manage your workload.
What qualifications or qualities are required?
Must have National 5 English, good IT and communication skills. Familiar with Word and Excel. Must be able to travel to East Kilbride.
