Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership

: Help lead and motivate team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You'll play a part in fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.

Project Management

: Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and projects. You'll keep track of progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.

Performance Analysis

: Analyse team performance and offer feedback and training to improve efficiency. Implement strategies to boost overall performance.

Customer Service

: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. You'll also assist with customer support and sales, especially when training new team members.

Administrative Tasks

: Perform general administrative duties to help the management team run smoothly.

Training and Development

: Take part in training sessions and workshops to build your management skills.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with other departments, sharing ideas and insights to improve overall operations.

Qualifications:



A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Good analytical skills for making data-driven decisions. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous leadership or management experience is a plus. Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different environments.
