We're on the lookout for an entry-level account executive to join our growing team and provide support across a diverse range of medical communications projects. This is an opportunity to become part of an established team and kick-start your career in med comms!

The role

We produce precise, compelling scientific content for a range of different audiences to educate and inform healthcare professionals and patients. Our team is recognized globally for consistently producing high-quality work and delivering outstanding client service.


This role offers exposure to multiple types of projects, including, medical affairs, cross-functional activities, meetings, advisory boards, symposia, as well as field-based materials like infographics, podcasts and scientific messaging.


You could be based at any of our UK offices or completely at home within the UK or Ireland.

Key responsibilities

Collaborating effectively with editorial, client services, digital and design colleagues to ensure the smooth running of projects from briefing to delivery Developing a positive client partnership both through day-to-day support and by understanding clients' challenges to actively contribute to organic growth Confidently maintaining the financial management of projects, including forecasting, invoicing and budget reporting to clients

What you'll need

An academic background in the life sciences or an understanding or interest in the pharmaceutical industry Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects to the agreed deadlines The ability to work flexibly, professionally and enthusiastically with client teams and external experts, and a willingness to travel A proactive approach, taking responsibility for managing competing demands on your time An eagerness to learn and receive feedback as part of your development process Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate effectively with colleagues as part of an integrated account team An exceptional eye for detail and accuracy An intellectual curiosity with an open and approachable attitude
