Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands at in-person events, exhibitions, pop-up stands, and promotional campaigns
Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner
Deliver key brand messages and product information with confidence
Answer basic customer questions and guide them through the sign-up or purchase process
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the team
Assist with event set-up, display materials, and daily logistics
Work as part of a team to meet event goals and KPIs
