, you'll represent our clients at promotional events, trade shows, retail sites, and pop-up activations. You'll be on the frontline, engaging with customers, generating leads, and providing product or service information in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent client brands at live marketing events and activations
Engage with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner
Communicate key product or service benefits clearly and confidently
Capture leads, complete sign-ups, or process on-site sales (depending on campaign)
Assist in event set-up, logistics, and breakdown
Provide feedback to the event and marketing teams
Maintain brand integrity and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive, outgoing personality
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
Comfortable working on your feet and in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or promotions is a plus (but not required)
Passion for marketing, events, and people interaction
