Entry-Level Event Coordinator

to join our marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event management and marketing. You'll be responsible for supporting the planning, organisation, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns that connect brands with their target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination and delivery of marketing events and promotional campaigns. Support with event setup, logistics, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution. Engage with customers and clients at events, representing brands in a professional manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative event strategies. Manage materials, displays, and promotional tools to enhance brand visibility. Gather feedback and report on event performance to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and organisational skills. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for event planning and marketing. Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments. No previous experience required, full training will be provided. Willingness to travel occasionally for event-based work.
